Bhutan
Bhutan (Dzongkha: འབྲུག་ཡུལ་, tr ʼbrug-yul, “Druk Yul”), officially the Kingdom of Bhutan, is a landlocked state in South Asia, located at the eastern end of the Himalayas and bordered to the south, east and west by the Republic of India and to the north by the People’s Republic of China. Bhutan is separated from the nearby country of Nepal to the west by the Indian state of Sikkim, and from Bangladesh to the south by the Indian states ofAssam and West Bengal.

I won’t bore you with facts about Bhutan; Wikipedia would do a much better job. But I will show you pictures of Bhutanese in all their Asian glory!
Bhutan at the 2012 Summer Olympics
Bhutan have competed only in archery since they were first represented at the Los Angeles 1984 Olympic Games and they will be doing the same this year. Here is their profile at the 2012 Olympics: Bhutan Profile.
I hope you root for Bhutan at the Olympics.

I really thought Bhutan is just a part of Tibet..didn’t really know it was exactly a nation.
I thought so too until I watched the opening ceremony. I must apologise for not publishing a follow-up post yet. I will do so on Saturday. Thanks for visiting.
